How it works

From idea to income:
how it works

This is not contract development. We build and ship your idea, and share the revenue it earns with you.

Six steps

No complicated process — it starts with a single idea.

1

Submit your idea

Write it up on the “Submit an idea” page. No spec document or technical knowledge needed.

2

Review & selection

We assess the market fit and feasibility. If it is worth building, we take it on and confirm the agreement.

3

Build & launch

At our cost and risk we plan, design and develop the app or site, then publish and operate it.

4

Revenue settlement

We settle the net profit monthly and pay half to you, sharing the revenue figures openly.

5

Ongoing improvement

After launch we keep updating and improving the service so it grows.

6

Growing together

The bigger the service gets, the bigger the share becomes. The longer we work together the better.

You do not need a spec document

“It would be great if this existed” — one line is enough. Screen design, development and store review are all on us. You provide the idea and share the outcome.

Revenue

How the revenue is split

We split the net profit exactly in half. Net profit is total revenue minus the costs below.

  • App store and payment processing fees (Google, Apple and others)
  • VAT and other taxes and duties
  • Direct running costs — servers, domains, third-party APIs
  • Advertising and marketing spent on that service

In other words, net profit = total revenue − (fees + taxes + running costs + advertising). That net profit is split 50:50.

A promise in writing

This is not a verbal promise. It is fixed with a written agreement and an e-signature at the point of submission.

📄

Revenue share agreement

The 50:50 split of net profit, the settlement method and IP ownership are all set out in writing.

✍️

Electronic signature

You agree to the terms and sign electronically at the same time as you submit.

🔒

Confidentiality

The ideas and information you send are used only for reviewing your submission.
