1. Policy statement

Zero tolerance: SoloMate strictly prohibits every form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and works to maintain a safe environment that protects children from harm.

This policy applies to every user, all content and all interactions on the SoloMate platform. We treat child protection as a serious responsibility and do our utmost to prevent, detect and respond to threats.

2. Prohibited conduct

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) includes, but is not limited to:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): sexually explicit depictions involving minors
  • Child grooming: building a child's trust for the purpose of abuse, exploitation or trafficking
  • Sexual exploitation: child sexual abuse for commercial or personal purposes
  • Child trafficking: recruiting, transporting or harbouring children for exploitation
  • Inappropriate content: content that sexualises children or puts them at risk
  • Predatory behaviour: any attempt to approach a minor inappropriately

3. Detection and response

Preventive measures

  • Advanced content filtering and monitoring systems
  • User age verification procedures
  • Regular security reviews and updates
  • Staff training on child safety protocols

Response procedure

  • Immediate removal: CSAM is removed as soon as it is detected.
  • Account suspension: accounts involved in CSAE are permanently suspended.
  • Reporting to authorities: every incident is reported to the relevant authorities within 24 hours.
  • Evidence preservation: evidence is preserved securely for investigations.
